Join us every Thursday at 6 PM for our Orchard Park run group at Runner’s Roost! We’ll meet at our Orchard Park location before heading out for a community run or walk through the area. We’ll have 2-mile, 3-mile, and 5-mile routes available, so all paces and abilities are welcome. Whether you’re training for a summer race, building your running routine, or just looking for a fun way to stay active in Western New York, this group is for you. Please dress for the weather, bring water, and wear reflective gear. Come run, walk, and connect with the Buffalo running community. We hope to see you there!

This is a welcoming, social run designed for runners, walkers, and anyone looking to stay active and connected. All paces and abilities are encouraged to run, jog, or walk at your own comfort level. After the run, stick around to enjoy food and drink specials and spend time with Buffalo’s local running and active community. Start your week moving, meet new people, and make Monday your favorite run day. We’ll see you there!

Join us on Sunday, August 9 at Runner's Roost East Amherst for a delicious chicken BBQ from BW's Smoking Barrel Barbecue in support of Checkers Track Club! Chicken BBQ dinners are available for preorder and can be picked up from 1:00–4:00 PM at Runner's Roost East Amherst. Proceeds will help support Checkers and offset new costs associated with using the Williamsville East track, helping the club continue to provide opportunities for local athletes. Looking to make a day of it? We'll also be hosting a free community run at 11:30 AM with Checkers and Runner's Roost before pickup begins. Mark your calendars for Thursday, August 13 at 6:00 PM and join us for one of our favorite annual traditions! We'll be starting from Wayland Brewing for a fun approximately 5-mile run to the new Buffalo Bills stadium. Be sure to wear your favorite Bills gear as we make our way to the stadium for a group photo before heading back to Wayland Brewing for a post-run celebration. Close out the season with one last unforgettable race at the inaugural Summer Send-Off 8K! Join us on Thursday, August 20 at 6:00 PM at Wings Flight of Hope in Orchard Park for an evening filled with summer miles, great company, and an incredible cause. Whether you're chasing a late-summer PR, preparing for fall racing season, or simply looking for a fun night with Buffalo's running community, the Summer Send-Off 8K welcomes runners and walkers of all abilities. Enjoy a beautiful August evening, soak in the last days of summer, and make memories before the cooler weather arrives. Even better, a portion of every registration benefits Wings Flight of Hope, helping support its mission of providing free air transportation for individuals with serious medical needs and humanitarian purposes.
